It had been redesigned recently but the rest of the site was not. To improve Graham’s outreach to visitors interested in becoming adoptive or foster parents, support existing parents in their roles, and connect with potential volunteers, job seekers, and donors.teach project manager, Harry, how to use WordPress to add pages and lay them out with the page builder plugin, WPBakery

Approach

a strong user-centric focus. Google metrics showed a high number of mobile users. The solution to converting more web form submissions turned out to be quite simple – fewer clicks and responsive design. We embedded responsive forms instead of providing links from one page to another. Form submissions rose within a month by approximately 90 % with a streamlined and responsive design. Graham Windham was thrilled with their new website and felt the confidence and pride to drive social media efforts to their website.
